Durga puja is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates worship of the Hindu goddess Maa Durga. This is also known as Dussehra and Navaratri in other parts of India.In some parts of India it is also referred as Durgotsava.
This festival marks the victory of Goddess Durga over the evil buffalo demon Mahishasura.It also signifies the victory of Good over Evil.
